Famagusta City Museum
Famagusta City Museum is a comprehensive project realised by the Famagusta City Museum Association in order to preserve and perpetuate the rich history and cultural heritage of the city. This project consists of both physical and virtual museum components in order to transfer the past and identity of Famagusta to future generations. Our city museum also serves as an Urban Memory Centre, collecting, recording and sharing information about the city with the public. In this way, the life story of Famagusta will be preserved as a memory chain extending from the past to the present.
