Legends in Memories

 The book Legends in Memories, (Anılardaki Efsaneler) which recounts the sports achievements and legendary figures of Namık Kemal High School between 1968 and 1978, together with its accompanying television program series, was donated to the Famagusta City Museum Association by the program’s producers, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nidai Şemi and Çiğdem Duvarcı. At the meeting attended by the Association’s President Prof. Dr. Uğur Ulaş Dağlı and Secretary General Koral Özkoraltay, steps were initiated to include this oral-history-based program in the Museum’s archives, and cooperation was established to further develop the work along specific themes.
