Exploratory Visit to Diocare Bastion by MAKEMÜD Members

On the morning of Saturday, April 20th, members of the Famagusta City Museum Association (MAKEMÜD) enjoyed an engaging and inspiring exploratory visit to Diocare Bastion located next to the Akkule Gate. The bastion, prepared in collaboration with the Famagusta Municipality, is being transformed into a museum exhibition space to showcase the city’s rich cultural heritage. Cleaning and electrical installations have been carried out by the municipality in preparation for its future use. During the visit, members had enthusiastic discussions about the progress made so far and shared ideas on what can be done next to further enhance the space.
